Frazier Risk Solutions was founded by Mark Frazier in 1996 after two decades with FM Global as a crossed trained fire protection, natural hazards, chemical risk and equipment hazards specialist.

Mr. Frazier pioneered the “allrisk” concept of joint fire engineer/boiler and machinery risk surveys and was the assigned engineer for FM’s only oil refinery client, Ashland Oil.

He is widely recognized for his extensive international experience in oil and gas, chemical, mining, pulp and paper, power generation, energy and metal refining.

His background in heavy construction and pressure vessel manufacturing, his license as an Ohio Stationary Engineer and his commissions from the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors with numerous endorsements (Authorized Inspector, AI Supervisor, Nuclear, Nuclear Inservice) makes him an authority on codes, standards and Mechanical Integrity, one of the most challenging aspects of Process Safety.

As we enter our third decade in business, we have recommitted ourselves to providing our services to as many clients as possible and developing the next generation of engineers and consultants to help risk managers, brokers and insurers.
